Problem

An Australian provider of recognition of prior learning sells qualifications to working adults who already have the experience and want it certified. Every sale starts as a lead, and the leads were only as good as the forms that caught them: a long eligibility questionnaire loses people halfway, and a lead that arrives without its ad source cannot be followed up properly or paid for with any confidence.

Approach

A catalogue first. More than 200 qualifications became structured content, filterable in one step and served from a cache so the listings stay fast. A content pipeline turns the provider's own qualification documents into import files, with a data-quality report per batch, so new qualifications arrive without hand entry.

A form that keeps the lead. The eligibility flow is five steps, and the lead is saved in the CRM the moment step one is complete. An abandoned form is still a lead; a finished one updates the same record rather than creating a duplicate. Every lead carries its campaign parameters, the referring page and the ad click that brought it.

Campaign pages from the same parts. A landing page with the form inline and its own lead source, and a shortcode that turns any page into a landing page for one qualification.

Result

A live site, accepted in production: the catalogue, the CRM-wired eligibility flow, campaign landing pages, consent handling built in-house rather than rented, and analytics and schema set up from launch. Fifteen technical documents and a plain-language admin handbook ship with it, so the provider's own team runs the site without depending on one developer.

The design system it is built on was designed by Pixxibird, our sister design studio, on the same contract.

Stack

WordPress and Elementor Pro with a custom child theme in PHP, so the provider's team edits pages visually while the catalogue, forms and integrations stay in code. GSAP for the motion, Redis for the catalogue cache, GoHighLevel as the CRM behind a server-side proxy, and GA4 with Tag Manager for measurement.
